Contract Services
Once a potential client approaches MedPharm with a pharmaceutical problem/project, the following process occurs:
1) Upon completion of a CDA, a first meeting will often occur between the potential client and MedPharm's business development manager to ensure there is a synergy between the two companies.
2) MedPharm's scientists will meet the potential client and the project will be discussed in detail. MedPharm will provide their thoughts on the project and also attempt to obtain as much background information as possible about the problem. MedPharm may then provide the potential client with a list of questions to clarify certain aspects of the project.
3) Within 10 working days of the above meeting MedPharm will then provide the client with a proposal.
4) Upon further discussion and acceptance by the client, a contract and a 'Project Appendix II' will be prepared for signature.
5) Upon receipt of the initial payment, and the supply of any raw materials and documentation the project will commence.
6) Any amendments to the initial project plan will be detailed in writing and sent to the client for approval.
